On Friday afternoon Cllr Peter Bailey and I spent the afternoon delivering letters to the houses around the Gunner’s Watch public house, which is situated within the Yarborough Ward of North East Lincolnshire.

Residents of this area are experiencing lots of nuisance behaviour in the area, including criminal damage to their property, groups of rowdy people drinking in the area, and the debris that they leave behind.

Peter and I are eager to help the residents to make the area a better place to live, and we are asking them to let us know of any antisocial behaviour in the area, and to encourage them to report any incident to the police, no matter how small, so that we can raise the priority of the area with the police and other agencies.

Peter and I also met the Superintendent of the Neighbourhood Police Team for the area earlier this week to discuss problems in the area, and it was agreed that this area is made a priority.

If any resident of the Laceby Acres area is aware of any antisocial behaviour taking place please report it to the police so that they can build up a picture of the extent of the problem, and please report it to Peter or myself.

Between us we can bring this problem under control!
